Where are you located?
Our main warehouse can be found at 3301 Wayne Trace Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46806. Our other warehouse space is utilized for special projects and storage.
Is there membership fee?
No. You can set up an appointment with us at any time to view our products. Just contact us either by calling (260)749-9919, or filling out the contact us form on this site, and we will get back to you within a timely manner.
Where can I find the most up-to-date information on current stock availability?
Our team works hard to keep the website up to date with our most current available items on the Weekly Arrivals page, but the best way to discover any new or recent merchandise in stock is by calling our Sales Office. Merchandise such as pallets and truckloads changes on a daily basis. We also have a constant flow of merchandise coming in, making every day a new opportunity for amazing deals on all our merchandise!
Can I Purchase Less Than a Pallet?
Yes. Not all of our products require entire pallet purchases, but because we are wholesalers, there are quantity requirements with smaller purchases. We also require you to spend a minimum of $500.00 per purchase.
Do You Have a Manifest?
Based on the nature of the business, manifests are often not available. However, we strive to provide as many details as possible regarding current stock. If you are interested in a manifest for a specific pallet or truckload, contact us and we will provide within a timely manner.
How Can I Pay?
We currently accept Bank Wire Transfers, Direct Deposits, Checks, US Currency Cash and Credit Cards. Credit Cards will be charged a 5% Processing Fee. Once payment has cleared, merchandise is prepared for shipment.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping Costs vary based on units, weight and distance. Our experienced traffic team works with renowned logistics companies worldwide and will work hard to find you the best freight rate available. Local pickups are always welcome.
Do You Offer Drop-Shipping?
We work with experienced shipping companies that are familiar with drop shipping, making it available to you. You are responsible for all shipping charges from our warehouse to your destination, and quotes are available beforehand from any of our sales associates. You may also choose to use your own carrier for picking up and shipping merchandise.
Can I return or exchange merchandise?
As a condition for the best values on the market, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in AS-IS condition with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. Midwest Service Supply will not be held liable for any discontentment with regards to sale or quality of the merchandise. Our team will provide you with as much information needed prior to finalizing your purchase.
Are there any risks with purchasing customer returns or general merchandise pallets?
Buying customer returns, overstock or closeout merchandise does involve some risk. Some customer returns may be damaged, expired or may not come in its original packaging, therefore sometimes requiring additional work. As a result, this is the reason for the reduced purchase price at a fraction of the original value. Our experienced customers know the condition of customer returns very well, allowing them to make a sound risk-averse decision on each deal.
